The Integrated Leadership Program offers two different coaching tracks.
There is a power in going through a transformational process with other like minded spirits but it is not necessarily for everybody. Some will prefer the privacy of an individual program.

The program is transformational and will leave you with a completely new way of approaching your leadership.
The Integrated Leadership Coaching programme is for leaders who want to reconnect their personal and professional leadership with who they are.
We move beyond performance benchmarks and KPIs to explore the foundations of how you lead: your values, beliefs, patterns, needs and the way you respond to the world around you.
Rather than following the current, you will develop the awareness, clarity and self trust to choose your own direction.
There are no questionnaires to fill out. No personality profiles to define who you are. No predetermined formula for who you should become.
Instead, we go deeper. We explore what drives you, what holds you back and what needs to change for you to lead with greater intention. With greater clarity. More connected.
I will support and challenge you throughout the journey. But the work is yours to do. You must be willing to question familiar patterns, confront uncomfortable truths and turn new insights into action.
The goal is not to turn you into a different kind of leader.
It is to help you lead from a place that is integrated with who you are.
The Coaching Group.
The group coaching program combines group sessions with 1:1 sessions. Group coaching differentiates from team coaching by allowing each individual to have their own path to pursue. The group can work together, share experience, and learn from each other while maintaining an individual focus. It helps provide the group with different perspectives on shared challenges.
This works well with leaders from different industries, organisations, and solo entrepreneurs. The individual sessions supports the leader with exploring their own limitations, and the beliefs they might falsely hold about themselves. The group sessions will have a more structured format, and will consist of both coaching, and mentoring elements, combined with teachings on the 7 elements that the Integrated Leadership framework is build on. It will provide knowledge and new insights that can work as a foundation for further exploration and strategies.
To ensure the greatest value the group will be limited to a maximum of 5 people, with respect for career level and personal goals.
