I help people transform their lives and create sustainable careers by reconnecting with who they are and integrate that into how they lead, their teams, their organisations and, most importantly, themselves.

For much of my life, I searched for my place in the world and for a manual that could tell me what was right. Over time, I discovered that the answers I was looking for weren’t found by looking further outward. It was not found by separating cognition and rationality, from what was felt. It was by listening. Using my whole self to navigate in the unpredictable and constantly changing world.

That continues to shape how I work today.

Through my company Human Holistics, I coach Partners, senior leaders and emerging talent, helping them navigate growing responsibility and complexity without losing connection to themselves.

My Integrated Leadership coaching approach brings together cognitive understanding, somatic awareness and a nervous system informed framework to help clients make more conscious, high quality choices.

Building careers they can sustain and lives they love, Integrating who they are with how they lead.

I’m an EMCC Global Senior Practitioner and hold an PCEC executive coaching certificate from Henley Business School.

My background spans applied neurology, strength training, nutrition and performance coaching.

In the past I’ve also worked as a professional ski instructor in France and Austria, former gym owner, personal trainer, teacher for Z-health performance solutions, and a professional trained chef. All experiences that have shaped my knowledge about how people learn, adapt and perform.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, skiing, canoeing and camping, and continuous developing my basketball fundamentals.
