About me.

I have not walked a straight path in my life. I have always been drawn towards ideas that challenged the norm. Perspectives that challenged my thinking. It's probably why I ended up working with humans. The complexity and the unique neurological footprint that we all possess, makes every encounter and interaction different. 

 

My mission is shaped by lived experience and a deep belief that sustainable change emerges when the full human is considered, integrating nervous system, thinking, emotions, values and life context.

I operate where ancient wisdom, science, nature, philosophy, and learnings from living life collide.

Life had challenged me, several times. We all experience adversity in our lives, and for some of us, the worst thinkable happens.​ I lost my daughter to an infection. 10 years after I almost lost my son. I have lost my father to cancer. And the first 30 years of my life I nearly lost myself.

We all develop different strategies based off of how life shapes us. We use our past experiences to better predict future outcomes.

 

To enhance our chances of survival.

To achieve our goals.

 

Clarity provides better integration, and better predicability.

 

My encounters with the hardest moments in my life had thought me. Shaped me. And it has educated me.

Integrating my true self into my doings with intentionality, purpose, and love.​
