Success doesn't necessarily make leadership easier.
With increasing responsibility comes increasing complexity.
Expectations grow. Decisions carry greater consequences. The boundaries between professional demands and personal expectations become less distinct.
You may find yourself questioning decisions you would previously have made with confidence. Working harder without feeling that you are moving forward. Or struggling to reconcile who you are with who you believe you are expected to be.
You can't separate the leader from the human.
Sometimes the challenge isn't what you need to learn. It's what you need to understand about yourself.
Leadership comes with expectations. From your organisation, your colleagues, your clients and, perhaps most importantly, yourself.
But who you are as a leader cannot be separated from who you are as a human.
At Human Holistics, executive coaching goes beyond professional skills, leadership techniques and performance targets. We work with the whole person.
Beyond mindset.

A coaching approach beyond mindset.
We don't separate professional leadership from personal leadership. Because they are inseparable.
Executive coaching at Human Holistics goes beyond exploring thoughts, goals and behaviours. We work with the whole human.Your decisions and actions are influenced by the interaction between your cognitive, emotional and physiological systems.
By becoming more aware of these interactions, we can explore established patterns, challenge automatic responses and develop greater intentionality in how you lead.
What we work with.
Every coaching relationship is different.
There is no fixed formula. The process is shaped by you, while the foundation remains rooted in my Integrated Leadership Approach.
We don't separate who you are from how you lead.
Instead, we explore what truly matters to you, bring greater awareness to the patterns and perceptions shaping your decisions, and turn that understanding into intentional action.
The goal isn't to become someone else. It's to lead from a more integrated understanding of who you are.
Leadership Identity
Understanding your values, beliefs and the leader you want to be.
Decision Making
Navigating uncertainty without constantly questioning your own judgement.
Pressure & Performance
Recognising stress responses and developing more sustainable ways of performing.
Career and Life Transitions
Navigating changing roles, responsibilities and expectations.
Relationships & Boundaries
Exploring how you relate, communicate and respond to others.
Patterns & Behaviour
Recognising automatic responses and developing greater freedom of choice.
The practical side
We begin with a conversation to explore your situation, your expectations, and whether working together makes sense.
From there, we agree on a coaching relationship that reflects your needs, ambitions, and circumstances.
Sessions are confidential, personal, and shaped by what is most relevant to you. There is room to explore, challenge, reflect, and experiment with new ways of responding.
We regularly revisit what is changing, what still needs attention, and how to bring those insights into your everyday leadership.
The work doesn't end when the session does.
That's where integration begins.
The objective is not simply to think differently. It is to become more conscious of how you operate.
The way you lead is influenced by much more than your conscious thinking.
Your values, beliefs, emotions, physiological responses and established behavioural patterns all influence how you perceive situations, make decisions and respond under pressure.
Through an integrated approach, we explore how these systems interact and how greater awareness can support more intentional leadership.
Not by becoming someone else.
But by becoming more conscious of who you already are.

I don't have a plan for who you should become.
And I don't believe I should.
You bring your experiences, ambitions, challenges, and perceptions.
I bring curiosity, questions, coaching experience, and an understanding of how our biology influences the way we think, feel, and act.
Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface of your everyday performance.
The patterns you've developed.
The expectations you've learned to live by.
The beliefs you may never have questioned.
The signals your body is sending that you've learned to ignore.
And the values that may have become disconnected from the decisions you make.
Not to fix you.
Not to turn you into a different kind of leader.
But to help you develop a more conscious understanding of yourself, so your choices become increasingly intentional.
The process is yours. The responsibility is shared. The direction is discovered together.
That's how we work.
A different perspective on performance.
For the past seven years, I have worked as a coach within the Big 4.
But I didn't grow up in the corporate world.
And I believe that brings something valuable to the conversation.
I bring a different perspective to performance and leadership. Not to question the importance of KPIs, business objectives, or professional ambitions. And certainly not to impose my own beliefs or tell you how you should lead.
But to create space for perspectives that might otherwise remain unexplored.
To look beyond what you do and explore who you are.
This is the foundation of my Integrated Leadership Approach.
An approach that recognises that performance sustainability is not simply a question of doing more, becoming better, or developing new skills.
It is also about understanding the human behind the performance.
Not separating the professional from the personal.
Not separating the mind from the body.
Not separating who you are from how you lead.
Not separating, but integrating.
Integrating to become.

Hi, I'm Frederik.

I don't coach titles. But I understand the pressure that comes with them.
I coach humans.
With more than 17 years of experience in human behaviour and performance, I bring together executive coaching, applied neurology and a whole-system perspective on leadership.
My coaching is shaped by a deep belief that transformations emerges when the whole human being is considered. When we learn to access our emotional needs, and integrate them with conscious and cognitive action, because none of these operate in isolation.
Whether we are engaging in a professional context at work, or privately with our family, the clarity with which we take in and process informations is key for choosing the response that align the most with our values, beliefs, and needs.
Let's explore what's possible.
You don't need to know exactly what you want to change before reaching out.
Perhaps you're navigating a difficult transition. Questioning your direction. Or simply recognising that the way you've been performing is no longer sustainable.
We'll have an honest conversation about where you are, what matters to you, and what you would like to be different.
If working together makes sense, we'll explore the possibilities.
If not, that's perfectly fine.
No sales pitch. No obligation. Just a meaningful conversation.
