They felt a need to reconnect. To get realigned with meaning.
To refuel performance. To explore their perceptions around what they thought they should, and connect them with what was truly most important to them.

The What
Performance Parameters
Most can agree that performance is an output. A direct manifestation of the quality and quantity of your inputs. But you can not just randomly put things into your system, and hope for the best, if you want to achieve alignment. Performance is most cost effective if it is integrated and aligned with our beliefs, values, and purpose.

Awareness
Creating awareness around your current situation, and what it is that contributes or blocks you is an important first step. To magnify and accelerate the process we will use an approach that connects you with what is already present. Different modalities that is targeting the nervous system can help us get to the root faster. Breathing has the ability to accelerate your connection with your values, beliefs, and needs. Bodily awareness can assist in decision making, and be a guide in your interactions with the world.
Consciousness
How you perceive the world around you, and how safe you feel operating in it, is dependent on how clearly and precise you can integrate incoming informations. Combining awareness skills, with a conscious understanding of your own reactions and sensations, results in a integrated output.
Intentionally Applying Learnings
There is a difference between running on autopilot, and then intentionally do something. For us to be able to do something purposefully, we need to know our desired outcome. To integrate our values into our actions. It is not just automatically applied if we are not conscious about how, when, and why. When it comes to the foods that we eat, the air that we breathe, how we move, and the intention of our internal communication.
The Program
This is the best way to work with me if you want to improve your performance output. We will met every second week. Our sessions will focus on the areas where we can create the biggest impact. You will need to bring your whole self. Awareness and consciousness will be aplied.
Often what is blocking, and preventing us from progressing beyond what we thought possible, is the lack of clarity with which we can define things. When we see things in a clearer perspective, we can better decide on which actions that will move the needle the most. The process is holistic, frequency will be a foundational support in our work together. We use mail, or texts if needed, to make sure you are supported between our sessions.
