Complexity and shared outcome will determine what will give you the best results. Change takes time, but deep insights can happen instantly. Most clients work with me for 6 months or longer.
Im here to support and help. I am never more than a call or text away. Some clients benefit from small check inns, others work on their own between sessions. What ever you need we will figure it out.
We do not keep a log. But perspectives is sometimes the best way to see how much we have progressed. You will feel the difference. And you will experience the shift in awareness on a daily basis.
How do we start.
A discovery call is our initial contact. Here we will explore where you are and where you want to go. If there is a fit we can move on. If not our time and effort are spend better elsewhere. Human work needs trust. It requires alignment of energy.
